Providing information on and in support of the plight of our 93,000 plus POW/MIAs, veteran and active duty military support issues, informing visitors of events of interest in Washington, DC during Rolling Thunder®.

Rolling Thunder® Motorcycle Rally, Washington, DC, Inc. (RTMRWDC, Inc) is a separate organization from Rolling Thunder®, Inc., National and its chapters. Both are registered non-profit organizations and some of the officers are members of both organizations. The original board of RTMRWDC, Inc. consisted of the original founding fathers of Rolling Thunder® and now consists of five elected board members and has no membership. RTMRWDC, Inc. has, for the past 18 years, filed most of the permits and covered the majority of the expenses incurred in holding the Rolling Thunder® Rally and "Thunder Alley" (located at 22nd St. and Constitution Ave.) each year. It also maintains two vigil sites located between the Vietnam Veterans Memorial and the Lincoln Memorial which are manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. Rolling Thunder®, Inc., National has chapters nationwide which are open to membership to all individuals who want to help support the POW/MIA, veterans and active duty military support issues.
